The Isodose Plot is a potentially 4 page document. Typically the meridian, coronal and misc. planes pages are printed.

  • Page 1 - Meridian plane 2D dosimetry. If an MPR reconstruction or a calibrated and aligned CT or MR image is available for the meridian plane being calculated, the model and isodose lines can be overlayed onto the image. Note: when CT or MR images are imported as simple picture files, PS can not know their actual location or orientation in eye coordinates unless the user properly calibrates and aligns the image with the eye model in the imaging window. Whenever possible, it is much easier to allow PS to calculate reconstruction "on the fly" from an axial study via the MPR window.
  • Page 2 - Coronal plane 2D dosimetry. If an MPR reconstruction or a calibrated and aligned CT or MR image is available for the coronal plane being calculated, the model and isodose lines can be overlayed onto the image. Whenever possible, it is much easier to allow PS to calculate reconstruction "on the fly" from an axial study via the MPR window.
  • Page 3 - Nerve plane 2D dosimetry.
  • Page 4 - Miscellaneous plane 2D dosimetry which defaults to a plane through the nerve and plaque center.
    • The print buttons at the upper left of the window initiate either single document or document group printing.
    • The checkboxes below the document selection buttons at the top of the window indicate which documents will be included in group printing.
    • You can customize a document by clicking the Options button, by double-clicking in the middle of the document window.
