Document Export Menu

All Export menus are accessed from the File Menu.

Note: Document export items are disabled (dimmed) by default. To enable a document export item, the associated document page MUST be currently displayed in the Documents Preview window.

  • Export PSQA.iqa6 - Exports the currently displayed histogram QA page as an .xml (aka .iqa6) file for the PSQA Check application.
  • Export QA.tsv File...exports the QA table data in a simple Tab Separated Values (TSV) file format for use with 3rd party applications. This item is enabled only when the QA document is being displayed in the Document Preview Window. The QA data may also be copied to the MacOS clipboard and pasted into another application such as a text editor or spreadsheet.
  • Export QA Profile.tsv File...exports autoradiograph dose profiles in a simple Tab Separated Values (tsv) file format for use with 3rd party applications. This item is enabled only when QA document page 4 is being displayed in the Document Preview Window and page 4 export is enabled in the QA preference settings pane.
  • Export Histogram.tsv File...exports the histogram data in a simple Tab Separated Values (tsv) file format for use with 3rd party applications. This item is enabled only when the Histo. document table or legend page is being displayed in the Document Preview Window. The histogram data may also be copied to the MacOS clipboard and pasted into another application such as a text editor or spreadsheet.
  • Export POI.tsv File...exports Points of Interest (POI) data in a simple Tab Separated Values (tsv) file format for use with 3rd party applications. This item is enabled only when the Points document is being displayed in the Document Preview Window. The points data may also be copied to the MacOS clipboard and pasted into another application such as a text editor or spreadsheet.
  • Export Profile.tsv File...exports dose profiles in a simple Tab Separated Values (tsv) file format for use with 3rd party applications. This item is enabled only when the Profile document is being displayed in the Document Preview Window. The profile data may also be copied to the MacOS clipboard and pasted into another application such as a text editor or spreadsheet.
