By default, histogram #1 is configured as a Retinal Dose Area Histogram (RDAH) and histogram #2 is configured as a Dose Volume Histogram (DVH).
The P# Calculate Histogram #1 (RDAH) item of the Dosimetry menu begins calculation of the retinal dose-area histogram for the currently active plaque. If this item is dimmed and can not be selected it means there are no sources in the plaque. If the item is red the plaque has seeds but the histogram calculation is currently invalid and needs recalculation. If the item is green the histogram calculation is currently valid.
The P# Calculate Histogram #2 (DVH) item of the Dosimetry menu begins calculation of the dose-volume histogram for the currently active plaque. If this item is dimmed and can not be selected it means there are no sources in the plaque. If the item is red the plaque has seeds but the histogram calculation is currently invalid and needs recalculation. If the item is green the histogram calculation is currently valid.
Dose histograms are plotted in the Histogram window and the Dose Histogram Document of the Documents window. Parameters affecting histogram appearance are found in the Dose Histogram Options menu and the Histogram Document preferences pane.
