The Center Plaque hierarchical menu automatically places the center of the plaque at the selected location.

From the Setup Menu.

Tumor # Base - the plaque is centered under the geometric center of the base of the currently active tumor.

Tumor # Apex - the plaque is centered under the apex of the currently active tumor.

Posterior Pole - the plaque is centered under the posterior pole of the eye.

Anterior Pole - the plaque is centered under the anterior pole of the eye.
