This plaque was semi-manually prototyped using a combination of a wax perimeter and slot wells machined from brass in 1997. It predates 3D printing by about 15 years. This is the that plaque proved the feasibility of comformal brachytherapy in the eye using indivdual seed collimation. No longer in production. Only one plaque available.
