Diagram Menu

The Diagram menu is added to the menu bar whenever the Diagram Window is frontmost. It provides additional control regarding retinal diagram attributes.

Diagram Menu
  • Options - this hierarchical menu provides additional control regarding diagram appearance.
  • Isodose - this hierarchical menu provides additional control regarding isodose appearance.
  • Tumor Shading - this hierarchical menu provides additional control regarding tumor shading.
  • Suture Coordinates - this hierarchical menu provides additional control regarding how suture coordinates are displayed.
  • Auto Correct Tumor - adds circumferential warping to the tumor perimeter after tracing or digitizing a tumor from a fundus photo collage. Auto correction allows you digitize the original, unwarped collage image on the polar diagram. Disable this item before digitizing the tumor perimeter ONLY if the fundus collage consists of a single image from a wide angle camera, the collage has already been warped (aka auto corrected), or you simply wish to draw directly in polar coordinates. Auto correction is enabled by default.
  • Display Arc Length - displays distances in mm of arc.
  • Display Chord Length - displays distances in mm.
  • Lock Tumor Location - prevents the tumor from being accidentally moved on the diagram.
  • Balance Plaque Anteriorly - rotates the active plaque to balance suture eyelet distance from the limbus.
  • Balance Plaque Posteriorly - rotates the active plaque to balance suture eyelet distance from the posterior pole. Useful when positioning plaques over the cornea.
