The Edit menu provides additional control over program behavior and enables the transfer information between Plaque Simulator and other programs.

• Undo - cancels the most recent change in program state in certain circumstances.

• Cut - transfers a picture from the Image window to the MacOS clipboard. Cuts the highlighted text in dialogs or if user guide editing is enabled.
• Copy - places a picture of the entire frontmost window on the clipboard. This picture can then be pasted into the scrapbook or another program. To copy only the content region of the window press the option key while selecting Copy from the Edit menu. Option-Copying the Image window copies the entire CT or fundus image to the clipboard. To copy a subsection of an image, first use the image selection tool to outline the rectangular area to be copied. Copies the highlighted text in dialogs or if user guide editing is enabled.
• Paste - pastes a picture from clipboard into the Image window or a selected region of the Image window. Pastes text at the insertion point in dialogs or if user guide editing is enabled.
• Clear - initializes and redraws a window. Deletes highlighted text in dialogs or if user guide editing is enabled.

• Document Options... - Additional access point to the program's document options and preferences dialog.
• Preferences... - Additional access point to the program's general preferences dialog.
